These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bpexcn ("bpexcn", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bpexcn online betting and gaming platform available at https://bpexcn.cam ("the Website"), including all associated services, features, content and applications.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including users accessing the Website from Pakistan and all other jurisdictions. Pakistani users are particularly advised to read Section 15 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction) and to understand applicable local law before using bpexcn.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the bpexcn Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other benefit offered by bpexcn to eligible Users, subject to specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required for account holders, which may include submission of a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address and a liveness/selfie check.
• "PKR" means the Pakistani Rupee, the native currency in which bpexcn Account balances are held.
• "Platform" means the bpexcn website, including all betting, casino, live dealer and gaming features accessible at https://bpexcn.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a financial stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other eligible market available on the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on bpexcn, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction and applicable local law.
• You must be a natural person (individual) acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent or immediate family member of bpexcn or any associated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You must hold only one active Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

Pakistani users must independently determine whether their use of bpexcn is lawful in their jurisdiction. The existence of this platform does not constitute legal advice and bpexcn makes no representation that its services are available or lawful in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction.

To access betting, gaming and financial features on bpexcn, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details.

KYC Verification. bpexcn may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or at any time reasonably required for compliance purposes. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistan CNIC or current passport);
• Proof of residential address, where required (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement);
• A selfie or liveness-check image holding your identity document;
• Payment method verification documents, where applicable.

bpexcn reserves the right to suspend Account access, withhold deposits and delay withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bpexcn shall not be liable for any loss resulting from delays caused by a User's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

Subject to these Terms, bpexcn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree that you will:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
• Keep your account credentials (username, password and any two-factor authentication codes) strictly confidential;
• Notify bpexcn support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensure the accuracy of all registration and personal details provided to bpexcn, updating them promptly if circumstances change;
• Access the Platform only from a device you own or are authorised to use;
• Not share, transfer or sell your Account to any other person.

bpexcn operates this Platform for entertainment purposes. The Platform is not a financial product, investment vehicle or substitute for income. Users should treat wagering as discretionary entertainment spending only.

All Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpexcn may reference familiar Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual payment options in the Platform cashier. These references do not constitute endorsement of, or partnerships with, any payment provider, and availability is subject to change.

Deposits. The following conditions apply to deposits:

• Deposits must be made from payment methods held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Platform cashier and may vary by payment method.
• bpexcn does not charge fees on deposits from most payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or restrictions.
• Deposits made in cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC, USDT) are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• bpexcn accepts no responsibility for funds lost due to incorrect wallet addresses, failed network confirmations or errors attributable to the payment provider.

Withdrawals. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally possible.
• A fully verified account (completed KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in the Platform cashier.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable rollover is completed.
• bpexcn reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

bpexcn may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific promotional terms attached to each offer.

• Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus amounts that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before completion.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use by eligible account holders only. Any systematic, coordinated or fraudulent exploitation of Bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion or arbitrage — is strictly prohibited.
• bpexcn reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim Bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse.
• Bonus offers may have expiry periods, minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions and maximum bet limits — these are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• bpexcn reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• All Bonus amounts displayed are illustrative examples unless otherwise confirmed as live promotions on the active promotions page.

bpexcn offers sports betting, live sports wagering, live casino, slots, table games and other gaming products. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bpexcn does not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly provided for in specific sport or game rules.
• Odds are presented in decimal format and are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation.
• In the event of obvious errors in odds (manifestly incorrect odds due to technical or human error), bpexcn reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of outcome.
• bpexcn reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, account or event at its discretion.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic competitions — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Help Center.
• Live betting (in-play) odds are subject to suspension at any time during the event. Bets accepted during a market suspension may be voided.
• Casino games (slots, live dealer, table games) are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. RTP and volatility information is displayed in the game details panel where available.

Winnings from betting and gaming are credited to your Account balance. bpexcn does not guarantee any specific outcome, return or profit from wagering activity. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bpexcn. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, termination of your account and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or at any other time;
• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose, including Bonus abuse;
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers or any software to access, exploit or manipulate the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation or any conduct that amounts to fraud in relation to sporting events;
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using bpexcn as a vehicle for financial crime;
• Charging back, reversing or disputing legitimate transactions made to bpexcn through your payment provider;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to bpexcn support immediately;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology;
• Using the Platform to harass, intimidate or harm other users or bpexcn staff.

bpexcn is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. bpexcn recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and provides the following tools to help all users maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard;
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications can be configured to alert users to session duration;
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may apply a temporary restriction on account access for a defined cooling-off period;
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may apply for self-exclusion, which will restrict access to the Platform for the chosen duration.

All responsible gambling tools can be activated via the account dashboard without requiring contact with support. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases to limits may be subject to a reflection period.

All content on the bpexcn Platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, source code, databases, odds data and game content — is the intellectual property of bpexcn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, republished, scraped or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of bpexcn. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any Platform content or intellectual property.

The bpexcn name and logo are proprietary marks. Any unauthorised use of the bpexcn brand, trademarks or associated intellectual property is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpexcn and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from wagering or gaming activity on the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime or circumstances beyond bpexcn's reasonable control;
• Loss or corruption of data, including account history or transaction records;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages howsoever arising;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios or data partners;
• Any loss arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local law.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bpexcn's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bpexcn collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to bpexcn's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: registration details, KYC documents (including CNIC or passport data), transaction history, IP addresses, device identifiers and usage data. This data is used for account management, identity verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and product improvement purposes.

bpexcn does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing organisations. Data is shared only with service providers and partners necessary for Platform operations, and only to the extent required. For full details of your rights and how to exercise them, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

By bpexcn. bpexcn reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached;
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive or illegal conduct;
• The Account is being used to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes;
• The User is a minor or has failed to meet eligibility requirements;
• Continued account operation presents a regulatory, compliance or reputational risk to bpexcn;
• The User's jurisdiction has been designated a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, bpexcn reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including deposited funds and any associated bonus funds. Where funds are not forfeited, any verified balance not subject to bonus restrictions or investigation may be returned to the User via the original payment method.

By the User. Users may close their account at any time by contacting bpexcn support via Live Chat or the Help Center. Prior to closure, any outstanding KYC requirements must be completed and any active wagering requirements must be resolved. Verified balances will be returned via the original payment method subject to applicable limits and processing times.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpexcn is licensed and incorporated, as identified in the operator's licensing documentation.

Notice to Pakistani Users. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable local legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling within Pakistan's territory. bpexcn does not claim to be licensed, authorised or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani governmental or regulatory authority.

It is each User's sole responsibility to determine whether their access to and use of bpexcn is lawful in their place of residence and to comply with all applicable laws. bpexcn expressly disclaims all responsibility for a User's non-compliance with local law. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

bpexcn reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bpexcn will take reasonable steps to notify users — which may include posting a prominent notice on the Platform, updating the "Last Updated" date on this page, or communicating directly to registered account holders via their registered contact details.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 14.

bpexcn recommends that Users periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any changes. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon request through the Help Center.
